What are your payment terms?
A
For house and land packages, we offer a turn-key solution; 10% deposit, then the balance on completion. For custom builds we generally offer a four part payment solution, as the build process reaches certain stages.

Yes, we often have some turn-key solutions available. You can see what's currently on offer here.

I have a TC3 section. Will it cost extra to build on?
A
Not necessarily, but we will need to arrange a geotech test to establish the foundation type/cost.

I live in a house with a large section. Can you build on the back?
A
It will depend on zoning rules. Get in touch with us and we can do a preliminary assessment free of charge.

What do your advertised prices include?
A
Our advertised prices are an estimate based on standard foundations and section sizes. They include everything: House plans, building consents, patios/driveways, insurances, guarantees, chattels, landscaping, project management and of course, the house.

What chattels are included in your advertised prices?
A
Fisher & Paykel oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher, Toshiba 5.8kw heat pump, drapes, heated towel rails, air extraction unit and bathroom heaters.

What are provisional sums?
A
Provisional sums are an allowance on a quote, for a specific part of the project which we don't currently have enough information for. In other words, an estimate.
